Ingredients

● 50 ml Jules Gautret VS Cognac

● 25 ml lemon juice

● 15 ml cane sugar syrup

● Sparkling water (carbonated)

● Garnish : slice of lemon

Steps

1. Fill glass with ice cubes

2. Add the cognac, lemon juice and cane sugar syrup

3. Top off with sparkling water

4. Stir with a spoon until sides of glass are icy

5. Garnish with a slice of lemon
