Ingredients

50 ml Jules Gautret 10 ans Cognac

3 dashes Angostura bitters

Ginger Ale

Garnish : lemon peel

 

Steps

1. Make directly in a big ice-filled tumbler glass

2. Pour in the Cognac, Angostura bitters then the ginger ale

3. Stir with a spoon for a few seconds

4. Garnish with lemon peel
