Ingredients

● 40 ml Jules Gautret VSOP Cognac

● 20 ml lemon juice

● 20 ml Triple Sec

● Garnish : expressed lemon peel

Steps

1. Place the glass in the refrigerator to chill it

2. Fill a shaker with ice

3. Add the cognac, Triple Sec and lemon juice

4. Shake vigorously

5. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel

6. Pour into the chilled glass
