Ingredients

40 ml Jules Gautret VS Cognac

10 ml crème de pêche (peach)

25 ml egg white

25 ml lemon juice

15 ml cane sugar

25 ml white wine

 

Steps

1. Pour all the ingredients, except the wine, into a shaker

2. Dry shake (without ice) to emulsify

3. Add ice

4. Shake again

5. Serve in a cocktail glass and add the white wine
