Ingredients

● 20 ml Jules Gautret VS Cognac

● 20 ml rye whiskey

● 20 ml red Vermouth

● 5 ml Bénédictine liqueur

● 3 dashes Angostura bitters

● 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

● Garnish : expressed lemon peel

Steps

1. Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass

2. Fill it with ice cubes

3. Stir with spoon

4. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass

5. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel
